To the Society
of Decorating Professionals,
I am writing to inform you of my experience with
Agricola Redesign, the
best training experience I have ever had. It all started
when little ole skeptic me called the Studio seeking
information about the training. I spoke with Diane
Agricola who was very patient and answered all of my
questions thoroughly - and there were lots of them! This
was a big decision for me, but she was so informative
and knowledgeable of the industry that I knew she was
the right trainer for me.
Mind you, I had called several trainers from all
associations. During the training, we had both classroom
and field experience. We redesigned a total of four very
different houses. The hands-on experience was priceless.
I learned how to greet and communicate with a client, as
well as the make up of a consultation. I received two
manuals, one for redesign & staging and another for
business, both full of important information for this
industry.
I have read both from front to back three times now, and
I am sure I will read them again. It is a great
educational tool to refer to. It has been a month now
since my training - I waited to give my evaluation until
after I had some time to think about and absorb
everything I had learned. I can truly tell you that I
gained friendships that will last a lifetime and a
mentor who I sincerely believe has my best interests at
heart. This experience gave me the gift of change. I am
now confident in my skills to do business the right way
and I owe it all to the
Agricola Redesign Studio experience!
