and over $150.00 for an hour for consultations and
between $350.00 to $500.00 per room for Redesign or
Home staging. You will be so glad you made the

I get to Historic Glendale, Ohio? |
| Just 20 minutes
from downtown Cincinnati home of the Reds and the
Cincinnati Bengals. Greater Cincinnati Airport (CVG)
to the “Studio” is just 35 minutes and Dayton
International Airport (DAY) to the “Studio” is just
55 minutes. Come to Cincinnati and try some
Cincinnati style Chili, Ribs and of course Opra’s
favorite Graters ice cream. |

Will I
learn how to get clients? |
| We will provide
you with the information you need to change people's
interest to action. You will learn how to set a
marketing plan, advertise your business and set
smart business goals. |

| We have within a 5
mile radius of the “Studio” many new hotels. Most of
our students stay at the New Hampton Inn (discounted
rate for students of "Studio" training program) at 9266
Schulze Drive Westchester, Ohio (513) 341-2040 this
is confidently located to many shops theaters and
restaurants. The newest shopping area in this area. |

How
many students are in your class? |
| We limit our class
to a minimum of two and a maximum of five students.
Your instructor will have assistants to make sure
everything is nothing other than perfect, and you
will receive all the shared experiences she has
earned in her career. |

Do you need Design
experience? |
| No you do not. All
that is needed is the desire to learn more about
what you already love. You have been told you have a
gift from friends now it is your turn to “Give
yourself the Gift of Change” a new career doing what
you have always wanted to do. |

Where
is the training? |
| The “Studio” is
located in Historic Glendale, Ohio just 20 minutes
from downtown Cincinnati. Along with the training
rooms the “Studio” offers fine home Furnishings and
accessories. Your training week will include a group
dinner at a Restaurant in the Historic District as
well as a reception in one of Glendale’s historic
Homes. |
